About Ariatech Ventures

We've Spent Our Careers
On Those Floors.

Manufacturing operations in emerging markets don't fail from a lack of ambition. They stall because growth outpaces process — and most consultants show up with a technology recommendation before they've ever walked your floor.

Who We Are

Process-first, by design.
Not by default.

We built Ariatech Ventures because we've spent our careers on those floors. We know what shadow processes look like. We know where the hidden handoffs hide. We know the difference between a system problem and a process problem — and why that distinction determines whether a technology investment pays off or collects dust.

We are a process-first operational consulting firm specializing in manufacturing companies in emerging and growth-stage markets. Our flagship engagement starts with a 30–45 day diagnostic: we map your operations end-to-end, surface what's actually happening versus what's documented, and deliver measurable improvements before we ever discuss technology.

We've done this work across pharmaceuticals, engineering, battery recycling, chemical manufacturing, and beyond — at the startup level, where every inefficiency has an outsized cost, and at the enterprise level, where complexity has a way of burying the real problems.

Our team operates across the United States and South America, with the cross-cultural fluency that emerging market engagements demand. We stay until the outcomes are real.

"We know the difference between a system problem and a process problem — and why that distinction determines whether a technology investment pays off or collects dust."

Every Ariatech engagement begins on your floor, not in a boardroom. We map what's actually happening before we recommend anything.

Our Founders

The team behind
the process.

Nayeli Itza, PhD — CEO, Ariatech Ventures
CEO
Nayeli Itza, PhD

Nayeli brings the kind of operational depth that only comes from leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in industries where process failures have real consequences. With a PhD in Business Administration and an extensive career across pharmaceutical manufacturing and engineering, she has driven initiatives spanning quality systems, R&D, product development, and commercial operations — often in multi-cultural environments where alignment is hard-won.

Nayeli's approach is analytical and results-driven without being theoretical: she builds the operational structures that allow manufacturing organizations to scale sustainably, and she holds the strategic oversight that keeps every Ariatech engagement anchored to outcomes that last.

Christine Gardner — COO & CTO, Ariatech Ventures
COO & CTO
Christine Gardner

Christine is Ariatech's lead expert in operational process design for emerging markets — the person who maps the floor, finds the gaps leadership didn't know existed, and designs the workflows that replace them. A technology leader and two-time U.S. patent holder, Christine combines deep systems thinking with hands-on process expertise, giving her an uncommon ability to see both what's broken and what a working solution actually needs to look like in practice.

Her background in large-scale systems integration and Agile delivery means she understands not just how processes should work on paper, but how they behave under the conditions of real manufacturing environments — constrained resources, informal workarounds, and all.

Mark Kallback — CCO, Ariatech Ventures
CCO
Mark Kallback

With over 20 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales operations, and managing large-scale, cross-functional projects, Mark has spent his career identifying the barriers between where businesses are and where they're trying to go — and removing them. His background spans manufacturing, trade finance, technology, and real estate, and his approach is consistent across all of it: honest diagnosis first, practical solutions second, and no recommendation that isn't grounded in what the client's operation can actually absorb and sustain.

At Ariatech, Mark leads client relationships and commercial strategy, with a global team that includes resources in the United States and South America.

Why Ariatech

We reserve the right to tell you
not to buy technology yet.

If your processes aren't ready, we'll say so — and we'll help you fix them first. That's not a limitation. That's the work.

If you're a manufacturer in a growth market dealing with operations that have outpaced your processes, we'd like to talk.

"We'd rather walk away than sell you something you don't need. That's how we build trust."

Ready to talk about
what's actually broken?

Start with your biggest process problem. We'll take it from there.
